About the Role
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand the company’s market presence, foster partnerships, and support long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions to client needs. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and senior management. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences. Meet or exceed agreed revenue and growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–7 years proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
