Inalegwu Emmanuel Okoh is an economist, and development consultant with extensive experience supporting in designing evidence-based solutions to complex economic and development challenges. His work spans public policy, institutional strengthening, programme management, economic research, and data analytics. He has led and contributed to multidisciplinary assignments involving policy analysis, organisational diagnostics, impact evaluation, regulatory assessments, monitoring and evaluation systems, and strategic planning. By combining rigorous quantitative analysis with practical implementation experience, Inalegwu helps organisations transform data into actionable insights that improve programme performance, strengthen governance, and inform policy and investment decisions. His technical expertise includes applied econometrics, development economics, public finance, macroeconomic analysis, programme evaluation, and business intelligence. He has supported projects across the public, development, and humanitarian sectors, delivering analytical products that inform decision-making, resource allocation, and institutional reform. Inalegwu holds a Master's degree in Economics from Benue State University and is a Full Member of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES).
